1.  MARINE CARGO AND AIR CARGO INSURANCE

a.  Subject Matter Insured

•  Cargoes transported from Vietnam to worldwide

•  Cargoes transported from worldwide to Vietnam

b.  Scope of Cover

Note : Incase the cargoes are covered by “B” or “C” condition, if the insured request, FUBON will consider to cover one or more of following type of risks subject to the additional premium is paid:
•  Theft Pilferage And/ Or Non-delivery (T.P.N.D)
•  Losses due to malicious damage
•  Rain And/ Or Fresh Water Damage, Heating And Sweating
•  Collision to other goods
•  Rust and oxidation
•  Broken, curved and / or crushed, dented distortion
•  Leaking or shortage
•  Damage caused by hook row
•  Soiled by oil and / or fat
•  Other similar risks
•  Và những rủi ro phụ khác tương tự.

2.  INLAND TRANSIT INSURANCE

a.  Subject Matter Insured

Cargoes transported by road, railway and waterways within the territory of Vietnam.

b.  Scope of Cover

FUBONcover for the loss or damage occurred to the cargoes by the direct result of following reasons:

•  Fire or explosion;

•  Earthquakes, floods, cyclones, tsunamis and lightning;

•  Transportation wrecked, toppled, crashed, stranding, collision or collisions in other objects or derailed;

•  Fallen trees, bridges, tunnels and other structures demolished;

•  Transportation missing;

•  General average sacrifice
